Terms & Conditions for Noovatar AI

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your use of Noovatar AI, operated by CASA DE PAPEL SARL(registered in Luxembourg at 16 Eugène Rupert, 2453 Luxembourg). By accessing or using our Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Definitions

Service: The Noovatar AI platform, apps, and associated offerings.
User Content: Data, text, voice, or files you submit.
Account: Your user registration within our Service.

3. License Grant

CASA DE PAPEL SARL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service per these Terms. The Service is licensed, not sold.

4. Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate account information and safeguard login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

5. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service for:

  • Illegal or harmful activities
  • Violating IP or privacy rights
  • Disrupting or reverse-engineering the Service
  • Sharing or distributing malware

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a license to use, transmit, display, and analyze your content solely to operate the Service per our Privacy Policy.

All Service content—including software, design, trademarks—remains the property of CASA DE PAPEL SARL or its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our cumulative liability is capped at the amount you paid for the Service (if any), or €100 otherwise.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms also end, but Section 6 and 9 survive.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Disputes will be resolved in Luxembourg courts (or by arbitration if mutually agreed).

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Significant changes will be notified through email or in-app. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
